  • Chemical wash of evaporator and condenser coils

  • Filter change*

  • Capacitor, Contactor, Compressor, and Fan motor testing

  • Evaporator drain purge and inspection

  • Refrigerant pressure check 

  • Blower motor monitoring 

  • Full documented breakdown of system performance

  • Drain trap purge and inspection (if applicable)

Silver

  • Includes everything in Bronze

  • Includes all maintenance parts**

  • 10% off all parts and labor

  • 5% off all new installation

  • No after hours surcharge, reduced diagnostic fee

** - Maintenance parts include only: capacitors, fuses, all truck stock (consumables), gas, vent, and drain pipe repair, and other maintenance related items deemed reasonable. *** - Minor replacement parts include only: Igniter, flame sensor, pilot assembly, thermocouple, thermopile, fan centre, disconnect box, thermostat, hi-limit switch, flame rollout switch, vent pressure switch, contactor. All contracts are 1 year duration. Price is per unit (furnace OR AC)

Bronze

  • 1 visit per year, per unit

  • Includes everything noted above

  • 5% off all parts, labor, and new installation

Gold

  • Includes everything in Silver

  • Includes all minor replacement parts***

  • 15% off all parts and labor

  • 10% off all new installation
